Exchange & Shipping Policy

• All exchanged goods/products will be verified with the receipt, and items must be in good condition within 3 days after received.

• The packaging must be in its original condition and returned in the original shipping container as received.

• If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, no exchange will be allowed.

• ISOS will not be responsible for shipments lost during the return transit.

• Once we have checked and confirmed the returned goods/products, customers will receive their exchange within 8–10 days.

• We only allow exchanges for size differences or products damaged by our side.

• All new orders will be processed and sent out within 10 days after payment is received.
